Riding along

Every ride needs grown-ups. Set the ratio now and the chaperone board is live from day one, so families can see what they're signing up for before they join.

Kids per grown-up

At 4 families with about 4 kids, each ride needs 2 grown-ups — about 3 mornings a week each.

Families claim the mornings they want. The board opens with the raft, not after it launches.
Raft fills what's left a week ahead, fewest turns first, and emails whoever it picks.
Everyone gets a reminder the night before with the meeting spot, the time, and who's riding along.

Families riding with their own grown-up every day still count toward the ratio. As kids get ready to ride with other parents, families switch that on and join the rota.
